How do I setup a new account on AtlantaPhotos.com?
On the homepage, click on "Create an Account" in the "Sign In" box in the right column.  Answer all of the questions required and create your own password to logon to the site.  A confirmation e-mail will be sent welcoming you to AtlantaPhotos.com and may be followed up with a 2nd e-mail within 24 hours approving you to request image quotes and/or image downloads.

When will my account be approved so that I may download images or receive item price? 
If an account approval e-mail is not received within 24 hours of submission of your application, please contact us.

Must I submit my credit card information when apply for an account or quote?
No.  The only time credit card information is required is when you are ready to make a purchase.

When will my credit card be charged? 
Charges are processed only after all credit card data is entered, submitted through AtlantaPhotos.com and confirmed.

I thought that all of my images should be royalty-free and no fee.  Why do some items have prices associated with them?
AtlantaPhotos.com offers many images royalty-free, sponsored by the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau.  Some images, however, are not royalty-free and are available for download at reduced rates.  If these images are not wanted, please removed them from your cart before checkout. 

If I have a both royalty-free and rights-managed images in my cart, how do I check out without purchasing the rights-protected images?
If there is any total fee due, a credit card will have to be supplied to check out.  If you would like to download only the royalty-free images, the rights-managed (fee based images) will have to be removed from your cart. To do this click on "Shopping Cart", click the check box to the right of the image which you would like to remove, and click "Update Cart".  You should now be able to proceed to "Checkout".  

Return Policy-  Do you accept returns?
We do everything to make sure that you as the customer are confident and comfortable with your selection before your purchase.  If you have pre-order questions, please feel free to contact us.  Once images are purchased and downloaded, there will be no refund.  Please be certain that images are selected carefully and that they are used only for the specific requested use.

Files & Prints

What is the standard file size offered on AtlantaPhotos.com?
Hi-res images are currently offered at approximately 8"x10" at 300 dpi for any offset or digital print uses. Web images are typically 500 - 700 pixels on their longest side.

Do you offer larger file and print sizes?
Yes.  Please contact us for pricing on higher resolution files and larger display prints or murals.

How long does it take to receive a print order?
Photographic prints will be custom printed and shipped within 24 - 48 hours.  Giclee prints typically ship within 48 hours if in stock.

What rights do I have to use the images?
All uses are for the specific use requested on AtlantaPhotos.com, for one time use.  Additional use should be requested on the site.  Please see "Conditions of Use" for additional information.

No. AtlantaPhotos.com is an independent company supplying Atlanta promotional photographs and graphics for worldwide use.  AtlantaPhotos.com provides royalty-free images for clients of the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau for non-advertising, convention & tour promotion and editorial use.  We supply rights-protected images to these clients at reduced rates from standard commercial pricing.
