Usage Rights:  Use for any other entity, other than for the originally requested party, must be requested by that specific party. As a representative of the company utilizing the downloaded images, the individual requesting the usage of images from AtlantaPhotos.com is responsible for unauthorized use of the photograph(s) and may be billed $1,500.00 per image, per infringement, as allowed for by Federal Copyright law.

Royalty-free:  Use of photographs or graphics from AtlantaPhotos.com will be explicitly for the trade for non-profit, promotional use of the City of Atlanta.  Additional use may be requested or purchased at a later date.  

Rights-Managed:  Use of photographs or graphics from AtlantaPhotos.com will be solely for the specific use as stated by client when obtaining a usage quote.  Additional and future usage of images should be re-negotiated with AtlantaPhotos.com. 

Duration of Use:  Unless otherwise stated, duration of usage shall not exceed one year from the original date of download.  Additional and subsequent use may be requested on AtlantaPhotos.com.  

Image Manipulation:  Photographs are not to be digitally manipulated, altered or changed in appearance without written permission from AtlantaPhotos.com.

Credit:  All reproductions should include a byline as provided by AtlantaPhotos.com, (©2006, artist name/AtlantaPhotos.com). 

Releases:  No model or property release exists for photographs unless specifically stated.   

Indemnity:  Client/customer shall indemnify and hold artist, AtlantaPhotos.com, or Rose Studio, Inc. harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses including reasonable attorney fees and court costs arising from client's/customer's use of image(s).
